Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Updated and effective October 23, 2026. This policy describes the consumer health data MediTracer, Inc. collects and shares through Tubular Daily Care (“Tubular”) and meditracer.com, as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada law require. Your care notes are everything recorded in Tubular about the care you give.

Health data we collect, and why

  • Care notes you back up. Your schedule, feeds and other care you log, amounts and rates, medications, symptoms, weights, tube details, notes, and questions for the doctor, with who recorded each entry and when. We use them to store and sync your care notes, share them with helpers you invite, send the reminders you set, and learn how Tubular is used so we can improve it.
  • Details you give about the person you care for. Their age range, tube type, and how feeds are given. We use them to set up Tubular for that care, and to learn how Tubular is used.
  • What you give to draft your schedule. The instructions you type or say, your answers, the names of items you’ve saved, such as formulas and medications, and your voice if you talk it through. We use them only to build the draft you asked for.
  • Health details in messages you send us. Feedback, pump requests, and support messages. We use them to answer you and to improve Tubular.

Where it comes from

From you, from helpers you invite to your care notes, and from pump detection, which logs care on your phone when it hears your pump.

Health data we share, and with whom

  • Helpers you invite. Your care notes, according to the role you give each helper.
  • Service providers that run Tubular for us. Your care notes go to our providers for database and sign-in hosting, syncing between devices, crash reports, and email. What you give to draft your schedule goes to our providers for drafting with AI and for the spoken conversation. Our service-provider list names each one.
  • When the law requires it. To respond to a valid legal request, or to protect someone’s safety.

We have no affiliates that receive this data. We don’t sell consumer health data. Third parties don’t collect consumer health data about you over time and across other websites or apps through Tubular or meditracer.com.

Your rights, and how to use them

  • See your data, and who has it. Export your care notes in the app, or email us for a copy of what we hold and a list of the third parties we’ve shared it with.
  • Change it. Edit entries in the app, or email us.
  • Delete it. Use Settings → Privacy → Delete account, follow our data deletion page, or email us.
  • Withdraw consent. Turn the setting off in the app, or email us.
  • Appeal. If we deny a request, email us and say you want to appeal. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.

Email hello@meditracer.com for any of these. We verify requests in proportion to what they ask for, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

Changes

When we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use health data you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
