Build a daily routine from saved Care Items, recurring times, and optional reminders.

Before you start: Save the Care Items you need before creating your Care Plan.

Read the 8 steps

1 Create the first plan Open Care Plan and tap Create first Care Plan.
2 Add nutrition Add Homemade Blend using the short demo amount: 4 milliliters by pump at 240 milliliters an hour. Use the amounts and rate from your care team.
3 Add water Add a 30 milliliter Water Flush after the feed as the next Care Step.
4 Set the first time Set the first Care Moment to 8 AM and review how a time plus its steps becomes a Care Moment.
5 Copy to 11 AM Use Copy to another time to add 11 AM, then add 2 PM, 5 PM, and 8 PM.
6 Confirm five times Review 8 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM, and 8 PM, with 20 milliliters of nutrition per day, then save.
7 Choose reminders If you want a heads-up before each Care Moment, turn on reminders and allow notifications.
8 Return Home Back on Home, confirm the whole day is laid out.

Now let's turn your Care Items into a daily routine. Open Care Plan and tap Create first Care Plan.

Add a 30 milliliter Water Flush after it. Each item in your routine is a Care Step.

Now set when it happens. We'll start at 8 AM. A time and its steps make a Care Moment.

To repeat it, tap Copy to another time. We'll add 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM, and 8 PM.

That's five Care Moments, every day unless you change it. Review the times and daily totals, then save.
